The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) was constituted by The Goa Daman and Diu Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Board Act 1975 on 27th May 1975. The Goa Board conducts the Goa SSC i.e. the Goa Class 10 examination twice every year for which about 25,000 students appear.
